How do I give notice?
Submit your written notice per your lease (minimum notice period applies). You must be up-to-date on rent and provide access for out-inspection.
Vacate vs termination dates
Your vacate date is when you hand back keys and the unit is empty/clean. The termination date is the official lease end. Penalties may apply for late move-out.
Out-inspection
Book your out-inspection with BM. You’re encouraged to be present. Cleaning, damages, and missing items will be recorded and reconciled against your deposit.
When will my deposit be refunded?
After final utilities and inspection reconciliations are complete and within the statutory/lease timelines.
Can I transfer to another unit at Barlow?
Yes—transfers (upgrades/downgrades) are possible subject to availability, affordability checks, cut-off dates, and fees (and deposit top-up if applicable). Existing fibre/ISP credentials generally don’t transfer between units—you’ll need to liaise with your ISP.
