Tenant parking
Allocated tenant bays (where applicable) must display the parking disc. Parking in fire lanes, disabled bays (without a permit), loading zones, or other tenants’ bays is prohibited.
Visitor parking
Use marked visitor bays only. Tariffs/time limits apply—see pay-station screens and posted signage for current rates and grace periods. Parking rules are actively enforced.
When do you clamp?
Vehicles parked illegally, obstructively, or in contravention of signage may be clamped. A clamp-release fee applies. Proof of payment and ID/vehicle registration are required to release a clamp.
