How do I access the estate?
Residents use a tag/app for turnstiles and vehicle booms. Collect/activate your tag at the BM Office once your lease is active and all onboarding steps are complete.
How do my visitors enter?
Visitors must check in at the guardhouse with ID/driver’s licence and Code.
Short-stay parking is available in the visitor bays.
Ride-hailing (e-hailing) pick-up/drop-off
Use the designated e-hailing area near the tenant boom gate and follow directional signage. Stopping in traffic lanes, at booms, or obstructing cameras is not allowed.
