How do I log maintenance issues?
Use the Ithemba App/Zendesk → Maintenance → describe the issue, attach photos/video, and provide access times. You’ll receive a ticket number and updates.
What is an urgent fault?
Active water leaks, no power in common areas, access control failures, and life-safety issues. After hours, report to security who will escalate.
Pest control
Keep units clean, store food in sealed containers, and dispose of refuse promptly. Log infestations via the App. If caused by tenant hygiene/behaviour, treatment may be for the tenant’s account.
