Deliveries report to the guardhouse via the app or tenant boomgate.. Please meet them at the lobby/collection point.
Moving in/out & large items
Book your move with the BM Office to avoid conflicts and to protect lifts/common areas. Protective lift covers will be installed where available; damages to common property are for the tenant’s account.
