Lounge Hours & Rules
- Hours: 06:00–21:00 (Security opens and closes).
- Access: Residents + accompanied guests only (tag/app required).
- Alcohol: 18+ only. Mon–Thu 17:00–21:00; Fri 16:00–21:00; Sat–Sun 11:00–21:00.
- Bookings: The lounge may be booked for small, approved functions (subject to availability, house rules, and booking fee/breakage deposit where applicable).
- DSTV / Sports: Live sport/events screened at management’s discretion or via approved bookings.
- Gym and co-working space are open 24hours.
Pool Hours & Rules
- Hours: 06:00 – 21:00 (Summer) | 06:00 – 19:00 (Winter)
- Access: No access is permitted outside of these hours
- Swim at your own risk: No lifeguard on duty.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Strictly prohibited: No glass containers, alcohol, or loud music in the pool area.
- Proper swimwear is required.
