When is rent due and how should I pay?
Rent is due by the 1st of each month and can be paid via EFT, debit order, or card at the estate office. Please ensure that you use your tenant code as the payment reference.
How do I renew or terminate my lease?
Lease Termination Notice
To terminate your lease, please send an email to hello@ithembaproperty.co.za confirming your intention to terminate.
This notice must be submitted at least one full calendar month before the lease expiry date.
Renewal notices will be sent 30–60 days prior to lease expiry via email and the Ithemba App. A link to the renewal documents will be included for your convenience.
What happens if I pay rent late?
Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in your lease agreement.
