Prepaid electricity meters are installed in your unit. Hot and cold-water usage is billed monthly based on your unit’s consumption and will appear on your monthly statement.
What should I do if there’s a power outage or water interruption?
Refer to the Ithemba APP for regular updates. You may also log a ticket on the APP to report it to the building manager.
