The fibre equipment in your unit is the property of Axio and must never be removed or be tampered with.

Take care when using this, as damage to the equipment will be charged to the tenant.

The yellow fibre patch lead is very fragile and must never be unplugged or bent. This will break the cable and your internet will not work.

When faulty please do not attempt to fix it yourself or unplug the ONU box from the wall in order to reboot the device as this might reset it or cause further damage.

When reporting an issue with the ONU box please remember to keep it plugged in as some issues cannot be resolved remotely if the ONU box is off.

The power supplies between the Router and ONU must NEVER be swapped. The power supplies have different voltages and if swapped, they will damage the equipment and the equipment will not be functional.
