Ensure that you complete and sign a payment instruction with your correct banking details to enable us to refund your deposit electronically.
Neither Ithemba Property, nor its Management, nor its Staff will be held responsible for any loss and damage caused due to incorrect bank information supplied.
Deposit Refund: We will refund the remaining balance of your deposit within 30 days of your lease termination date.
a. The Lease Termination Date is the last day of the month in which you vacate (i.e if you submit your Notice of Termination on 4 August 2024, your lease termination date will be 31 August 2024), and your deposit should be paid by 30 September 2024.
b. Any cost of maintenance, early termination, short notice. Late move out and (arrears) utilities will be deducted from your deposit.
